South Peace Grain has formally started the process of completing a feasibility study/business plan for an on-site rail loading facility.

Timeline
February 2013 - secure government funding for feasibility study.
March 2013 - request for proposals and select consultant to do study.
Summer 2013 - complete and evaluate study.
Summer/Fall 2013 - negotiate rail access with CN and secure project funding.
Winter 2013 - start development of marketing program/strategy.
Spring 2014 - begin project construction.
Fall 2014 - begin operations.
